Frequently asked questions
- Can I use a paper declaration form for a cost-sharing flight?
- Yes. The passenger record can be on paper or electronic, in the CAA's format or your own, as long as it records the minimum content in AMC1 NCO.GEN.102(g) and each passenger accepts it before the flight.
- Is this the official CAA form?
- No. It is a Split My Flight form laid out to follow the CAA's template and to record the minimum content set out in AMC1 NCO.GEN.102(g). You can use either.
- How long do I keep the completed form?
- Keep it for 6 months from the date of the flight, and produce it if a CAA-authorised person or a constable asks to see it.
